Muscle Monday

We are in the midst of the holidays now.

Thanksgiving just under our belt and now Christmas just around the corner.
I know that so many of us are going to have to workout really hard to keep the pounds from sneaking on.
Those big ol meals and cocktails and happy hours and oh...you know....food!

So time to pay attention to that stretch, pull and bend.
Working out our waist lines in many ways other than getting stuffed! Now we must make it a knock out!

So how do you plan on staying in shape?
