Thirsty Thursday

Having just left October I am still in the mood for a Beer Fest! I know that it will be awhile til St.

Pats Day and green beer. So I just have to find a way to quench my thirst.

And I think I have found holiday cheer in good ol' Texas. Spoetzl has announced a new winter seasonal beer called Shiner Holiday Cheer.

Brewed with Texas peaches and roasted pecans this is an an Old World Dunkelweizen. The malty flavors of this dark wheat ale are enhanced through the use of malted barley and wheat. And Kräusening ensures a smoothness that makes the subtle peach and pecan flavors all the more satisfying.

So what could be better? Holidays, a cold brew and a lovely lady to serve it all up for you!
